Fenjoon is a social travel platform that helps users discover, chat with, and plan meetups with people in shared destinations. Fenjoon facilitates introductions and communication tools, but it is not a travel agency and does not organize or supervise in-person meetings.
2. User eligibility and account accuracy
You must provide accurate account information and keep your profile up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity on your account.
3. Matching and communication
Match quality depends on profile data, interests, and user behavior. Fenjoon does not guarantee compatibility, response rates, meetup outcomes, or continued contact between users.
4. Meetup and travel responsibility
You are solely responsible for your travel choices, meetup decisions, transportation, and personal safety before, during, and after any in-person interaction initiated through Fenjoon.
5. Paid plans and billing
Some features may require a subscription or one-time payment. Prices, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions are shown before checkout and may be updated with notice where required by law.
6. Prohibited behavior and enforcement
Harassment, fraud, impersonation, stalking, hate speech, and unsafe conduct are not allowed. Fenjoon may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenjoon is not liable for losses resulting from user interactions, travel incidents, canceled plans, or third-party services used during a trip.
